FEES  AND  PAYMENT  METHOD.

RESEARCH.

• Fees for research are available on request.
        An hourly rate applies. Also blocks of hours, 5, 10, 20 etc. can be purchased. A percentage is payable at commencement of the research and the rest when Report completed but before sent.
        So when contacting please supply as much information as is known on ancestor, legal or historical issue etc.. Further information on making an application is available on the Contact Page.
  
   

ASSESSMENT.

• Assessment is free where person is commencing or in early stages of research.
  Where a large or extensive amount of research has already been carried out an assessment fee (i.e. advanced consultation) is charged and may include some further index etc. searches. Cost is available on written request, but normally €200, and after production of existing known information.
  

PREFER FIRST A FEASIBILITY REPORT?.

• Some people may be unsure if actual research is possible with the information available but would still like to try. In this case the Advance Consultation is best and would provide a Report on the possibilities for research from approximately 1830 on a specific descendant or ancestor line. It may also include some further index etc. searches. Cost is available on request and after production of available known information.
   

HAVING A PROBLEM WITH YOUR RESEARCH?.

• A consultation service is available by e-mail, or post only, and on payment of a specific fee. It differs from the assessment above in that it is intended for persons wishing to carry out or in the process of carrying out their own research that have hit a specific problem or 'brick wall'.
        A meeting appointment can also be made but only with advanced notice.
   

• A consultation service is also available for historical and place name research. A fee is charged depending on the research.
   

Advance Consultaion fee:  normally €200.

 

PAYMENT METHOD.

• Payment can be made:-
  
  - by post in euro, sterling or dollar cheque;
  
  - by SEPA payment if Client is resident in the EU, or,
  
  - online by credit or debit card through PayPal.
  No need to have an account with PayPal.
